  • All flower arrangements are handmade and may vary slightly from the pictures shown.

  • Substitutions may occur based on seasonal availability while maintaining the same style and value.

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details to ensure successful delivery.

  • Payments are processed securely through our online payment partners.


4. Delivery

  • We offer same-day and express delivery across Dubai.

  • Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be rescheduled or left with building security.


5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted once delivered.

  • For damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality products, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the delivery time.

  • Same-day or dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
