🌸 Shipping & Delivery Policy – Flowerla

At Flowerla, we aim to deliver your flowers and gifts fresh, fast, and beautifully — every single time.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Dubai, UAE.
If you need delivery to nearby Emirates, please contact our support team before placing your order to confirm availability.

2. Delivery Options

  • 🚚 Same-Day Delivery:
    Available for all Dubai orders placed before 8:00 PM.
    (Orders after 8 PM will be delivered the next day.)

  • ⚡ 3-Hour Express Delivery:
    Available for select Dubai areas — subject to product and time availability.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery window: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.

  • You can choose your preferred delivery time slot at checkout.

  • During peak seasons (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Eid, etc.), slight delays may occur due to high order volume — but we’ll always do our best to deliver on time.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Accurate recipient details (name, address, phone number) are required for successful delivery.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers with:

    • A family member, neighbor, or building security (after confirmation), or

    • Reattempt delivery later in the day (subject to schedule availability).

  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 300 within Dubai.

  • A small delivery fee may apply for orders below AED 300 or for certain outer Dubai areas.

  • Fees will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

6. International Orders

Currently, Flowerla only delivers within the UAE. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order is confirmed:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

  • Our team will notify you once your order is out for delivery.
